Questions.

What do I film on?
Your phone. Modern phone cameras are more than good enough for social — hold it steady, film in good light, and give me a few seconds either side of each shot so there's something to cut with.
How do I send the footage over?
You'll get a shared folder link after you book. Upload straight from your phone whenever you've shot something — no renaming, no sorting, no need to send it all in one go.
How long are the videos?
Short-form, generally between 10 and 30 seconds — that's where these videos perform best. You'll get a range of lengths across your batch rather than everything cut to the same runtime.
How long until I get videos back?
Usually within 5 working days of the footage landing, and you get one round of revisions on each video.
What about ideas — do you tell me what to film?
Editing only means you decide what to shoot. If you'd rather not stare at a blank camera roll, add the ideas add-on when you build your package: it scales with how many videos you're doing, from 8 ideas at £29 a month up to 32 ideas at £89. What's the difference between one-off and monthly?
One-off is a single batch — you pay once, send the footage, get the videos back, done. Monthly is the same package repeating every month with 10% off, on a 3 month minimum term, so you always have something going out. Monthly is the better fit if you're trying to build a habit of posting.
Where can I be based?
Anywhere. Because you're filming it yourself and uploading the footage, editing-only packages work wherever you are in the UK — or further afield. Filming packages are the ones tied to East Sussex, Kent and West Sussex.
How many videos can I send in a month?
Up to 20 a month through the slider. If you need more than that, get in touch and we'll price it properly rather than squeezing it into a package.
Can I cancel?
One-off packages are just that — no contract at all. Monthly packages have a 3 month minimum term for the 10% discount, then roll on until you say stop. If you'd rather hand the filming over too, the full package is on the main site.
